OIL WATER SEPARATORS AND ALARMS
OILY WATER SEPARATOR
PETER TABOPADA® has combined more than 20 years of experience with the highest technologies in oily water separation. This experience has allowed us to get the most reliable system of the market. The system design is based in the gravity principle and coalescence that means a separation media with no consumables. it is the most important characteristic of this equipment, because it reduces significantly maintenance expenses, as cartridge and filtration media.
OCD CM BILGE MONITOR
This alarm uses an optic system based in the principle of light scattering. It uses a pure aluminium sample cell, which is an aluminium structure, placed inside a box. the optic devices are placed inside an aluminium box that contains the light source, the scattering detector, the transmission detector and the thermal protector. Whenever the oil concentration is higher than 15 PPM, the equipment automatically changes to alarm mode in order to notify the operator and change the water flow to recirculation mode. We also have equipment for monitoring less than 5 PPM
OIL DISCHARGE MONITORING FOR TANKERS OCD 10M
This monitoring system can control up to six air samples. It also incorporates an auto cleaning device of the measuring cell. This equipment is programmed for nine kinds of oils and seven oily toxic substances. This way can be covered all the requirements of the MARPOL Annex II
The PETOIL BOSS, with capacities from 0,5 m3/hour to 10 m3/hour, to install in ship machinery rooms, accomplishes with the last international regulations about the overboad bilge discharge.
Approved as per IMO Regulations.
Easy and quick installation.
New automatic operation.
Integrated pump, pipes and baseframe.
Sizes for all ships.
Easy maintenance, with low operation costs.
Oil in Water Discharge With TPH < 15 ppm MEPC 107(49).
The PETOIL is a automatic system that includes an integral feeding pump, starters, OCM type alarm-monitor, control panel and valves set (ball and solenoid valves). With its compact size, is appropiated for reduced locations, being able to be trasported through most access doors and gates. The installation is easy and fast and often carried out by the ship engeneers, following the supplied instructions and drawings.
