Between the 11th and 15th of May 2009 during the celebration in Barcelona of the Fair of Technologies of Nourishment, Peter Taboada has presented his equipments and services for this industry, being once again, the germicidal system Petfrost, the great modal of his technology in the above mentioned area. This time, in one of the conferences celebrated in the Days of Technological Innovation, Dr. Pere Duran, (Researcher of CENTA) in his conference about " New trends in conservation and packed of the fish and shellfish " has transmitted to the public the practical operability of Petfrost's application, so much for the results confirmed resisted in the notable reduction of pathogenic and the consistent prolongation of the commercial life of the product, as for the innocuousness of it’s way of performance on the same ones without characteristics committed adultery.
